How to extend or top up a travel data package
Topping up takes a minute in My SIM: pick your eSIM, open Renewal, choose the package and pay. As soon as the payment is confirmed the extra data is added to the line — then toggle Airplane mode on and off to make the renewed package active. Your eSIM and your phone number stay the same.
When can I renew?
While the SIM or eSIM is still active. If the package has expired or the line was deleted, renewal is no longer available and you should write to support instead.
Do I need to do anything after paying?
One thing: switch Airplane mode on and off (or restart the phone) so the renewed data package activates.
What if no renewal package is offered?
That means there is nothing on sale for that SIM at the moment. Our support team can suggest an alternative package for the same destination.
