Travel SIM delivery in Ulaanbaatar
Physical travel SIM cards can be delivered inside Ulaanbaatar: order online, choose delivery, and our courier calls you to agree on a time. If you take an eSIM there is nothing to deliver — the QR code reaches your inbox minutes after the payment is confirmed.
How does the delivery work?
Our courier calls the phone number you left with the order to agree on a time and an address, so keep that phone reachable after ordering.
Do I need delivery for an eSIM?
No. An eSIM is digital and its QR code arrives by email; delivery applies only to physical SIM cards.
What if I cannot receive the courier?
Call us and we will agree on another time, or collect the SIM at the branch — Ulaanbaatar Railway Ticket Sales Centre, 2nd floor, open daily 09:00–20:00.
